This Privacy Policy aims to give you information on how Futerra collects and processes your personal data through your use of our website.

Futerra Sustainability Communications Limited (of 3rd Floor, 39 Tabernacle Street, London, EC2A 4AA, UK) is the controller and is responsible for your personal data (referred to as “Futerra”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

We have appointed a Data Privacy Manager who is responsible for overseeing questions in relation to this privacy notice. You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the relevant supervisory authority for data protection issues in your country of residence. We only collect the personal data which you provide via the registration form, being identity data and contact data.

We will use your personal data for the purposes of: (a) sending you updates on the Solutions House event; and (b) keeping you updated with Futerra’s events, campaigns or activities. The legal bases we rely on to process your personal data are: (i) where we have your consent; or (ii) where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests; or (iii) performance of a contract.

You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time by contacting us on DataPrivacy@wearefuterra.com.

We may also share your personal data with service providers to help us register your interest in the Solutions House event.

  1. DISCLOSURES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We may share your personal data (being your name and organisation) with the co-hosts of the Solutions House event, Exponential Roadmap Initiative and Google LLC, solely for the purposes of registering your interest in the event.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.
