Inspiring and educating people across Grupo Bimbo on their Nourishing A Better World strategy
Challenge
Grupo Bimbo are making great progress on their sustainability strategy, Nourishing A Better World, but felt that they had not set their teams up for success by giving them the motivation and knowledge they needed to fully play their part.
Solution
We developed an audience focused virtual learning course that was specially pitched at a level that made sustainability inspiring, accessible and actionable for their employees.
After working closely with their L&D teams to define Learning Objectives and a Content Brief, we also worked up Visual Design Options that would make the content feel familiar, inspiring and easy to navigate.
From here we went on to build all the content within Rise 360 before conducting UX testing and creating SCORM files for hosting on their Learning Management System.
Impact
Grupo Bimbo have now launched the programme across their business meaning that, whatever their role, their teams now have the knowledge and skills to make a difference
